Sharanya's parents tell Vyom to look after him. Vyom takes Sharanya home with him. Shiv stares as they leave. Vyom and Sharanya come close to each other once again but Sharanya starts to feel that everything that's happening to Vyom is because of her. So she gives Vyom painkillers and he falls asleep. She comes back to her house and starts packing the bags to leave without telling Vyom where she was going.
