The show, which aired for five years, follows the story of Rani Mittal, a wealthy girl who marries into a poor family after the death of her first husband. After the deaths of her first husband Raj Goel and Prince Thapar, Pari Thapar becomes the protagonist. The show focuses on Pari's life, her first crush, marriage to Saumya Parashar, and the obstacles she faces. After her husband's death, Pari is pregnant and gives birth to a son, Shubham. Dr. Manav, who is a famous obstetrician, is given to Pari by her friend Dr. Saurav. Pari marries Manav and they live happily with Shubham and adopt a girl named Rani. Rani marries Rishabh, an aristocratic family member, but they lose their wealth. Rani reforms her family and regains their inheritance, but their happiness is short-lived when Rishabh and his brothers die in a tragic accident. Rani and her family move to Mumbai, where she remarries Rishabh, a wealthy businessman. Despite the challenges, Rani lives happily ever after with her new family.
